All three houses have free off-street parking. No permits, no meters, no daily fees.

We accommodate stays from 4 to 10 nights. International students and seminar guests are regulars.

The home was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and welcoming. Every thoughtful touch was there -- fresh fruit, extra linens, and more. Carol welcomed us in person and gave us a tour of the home. All logistics were made easy and a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Hammer Haus III. If I visit Waterloo again with friends, we will stay here again.
