How many locations do you have?

We have 3 single family homes.  Hammer Haus is located just 2 km. from the St. Jacob's Market. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.  Our brides are finding it the perfect location the night before the wedding. Lots of room for the bridesmaids to prepare in the morning. 
Hammer Haus II is located just 20 minute walk from the University of Waterloo. Ideal for tourists, international students arriving prior to term, girl's weekends, and sports teams (pickleball etc).  Rent 3 or 4 bedrooms, up to 8 people.  The "Open Layout" is ideal for bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding day for all those special preparations. 
Hammer Haus III is 20 min. walk to University of Waterloo. Also Ideal for tourists, family get togethers, wedding guests. Four bedrooms, sleeps 8 people. International families travelling together prefer a house instead of rented hotel rooms. 
Hammer Haus II and Hammer Haus III, located next to each other, 4 bedrooms each, sleep up to 16 people total.  Ideal for sports teams, family reunions, wedding parties and wedding guests.   We once hosted the referees of the Ontario Hockey League in all 3 properties!

Why do you have a rental agreement?

We pride ourselves in presenting our properties in the best possible condition for our guests of all ages.  We ask that you enjoy our amenities and return the property to us in the same condition in which it was offered to you.  In this way, we are able to continue to offer the best product we can.  Our valued guests and large number of repeat business is a testament that this works.

Do you allow pets?

.  We have a no pet policy.

Do you allow smoking?

No smoking in or on the property.

Can we have visitors to the property that are not sleeping there?

Accepted Answer

No unregistered guests are allowed.

Can we have parties?

No parties or large crowds, or gatherings allowed.

Do you have a t.v. in every room.

Accepted Answer

Yes, all bedrooms have a t.v. with the exception of Hammer Haus II - King Suite which has the t.v. in the private living room.

What is a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

The security deposit is an amount put on "HOLD" on your credit card, in the event of damage to the property.  The "hold" is released two days after departure.  This is common in all hotels.
