The property backs onto Stamm's Woodlot with walking trails throughout the bush. Enjoy the trilliums in the spring!!
It's a five minute drive to the Hi-tech Park or University of Waterloo. It's only a 3 minute drive to the St. Jacob's Market where you can explore all the wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade jams, fresh eggs and meat. Don't forget to wonder among the outside vendors and see all the homemade baskets, lilies for your garden, homemade furniture, plus much more! The antique store is walking distance the road. The Outlet mall and now brewery is also across the road in the other direction. And lastly, the Village of St. Jacobs' is only 3 km away. Exit the market, turn right onto Albert St., left at the traffic light and 2 km down the road. You'll love it!
